Refund policy

We want you to be sure The Retake Lab is right for you. If it isn't, you can get your money back early on, before you have used much of the course.
Who can get a full refund
- You ask within 7 days of your payment, and
- you have answered fewer than 50 practice questions in total (diagnostic, practice, CARS, verification and exam questions all count).
If both are true, you get a full refund of the $299 you paid, and your access ends when the refund is issued.
How to ask
Email heloiselsmith@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund”. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After the refund window
After 7 days, or once you have answered 50 or more questions, payments are not refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. You keep access for the full 12 months.
Your data
A refund doesn't delete your data automatically. You can export or delete everything in Settings, or ask us to delete it.
